THE race for the U19 top spots continues as top contender Real Kakamora FC edged its way closer to leaders Marist FC.
Kakamora reduced the gap yesterday following their default victory over Western United.
The much needed win gave them 34 points but still remain 4 points behind the current league leaders Marist FC who are currently leading with 38 points.
FC Guadalcanal also added three points to their standing after beating Malaita Kingz 3-0 yesterday.
The league will continue this afternoon with another two great matches.
Koloale FC will take on Hana FC at 2pm to be followed by West Honiara and Solomon Warriors at 4pm.
Meanwhile, Marist FC are leading the league with 38 points followed by KOSSA FC and Real Kakamora FC with 34 points each, Solomon Warriors FC on fourth position with 28 points, West Honiara 24 points, FC Guadalcanal 23 points, Koloale 19 points, Western United 13 points Malaita Kingz 12 points and Hana FC at the bottom of the table with 11 points.
