RENBEL provincial secretary (PS) has issued a strong advice to companies operating in the province to pay their license fees to the provincial treasurer or the PS and not anyone else.
The advice came following claims some logging companies paying up their fees to the deputy provincial secretary.
Yesterday the provincial secretary BaiabePeseika said that’s not the right channel.
“I would like to tell all business operators, mining and logging companies operating in the province to pay up your licences fees to the provincial treasurer or the PS.”
Mr Peseikasaid, that money goes towards the development of the province.
The PS added any company who have breached the process must repay their fee to the provincial treasure or the PS for proper recording.
“This would allow us to do proper retirement of all business companies payment operating in the province because according to our knowledge some companiesare paying fees to other provincial officers which is not right.
“There I urged them to repay before the province takes action against them,” Mr Peseika said.
