THE Oversight Committee is now compiling a report to be submitted to the Cabinet before any plans to resume schools can be announced.
The report is based on the recommendation by the Ministry of Health and Medical Services and Ministry of Education and Human Resources to allow primary and secondary schools to start.
This was revealed by the Secretary to Prime Minister (SPM) Dr Jimmie Rodgers during yesterday’s talk-back show.
Over the past two weeks, the Oversight Committee had been going through the recommendation submitted by the two ministries.
On Sunday, Dr Rodgers said a report is now being compiled which will be looked at by Cabinet before any announcements to resume schools can be made.
