THE visiting Taiwanese navy on Tuesday graced the youth market with their various show of dances and martial art skills.
The youth market is being held at the Art Gallery and hundreds of youths and the member packed the area to watch the various activities being organized at day one of the event.
The show was opened by His Excellency the ambassador of the Republic of China Taiwan, Victor Tesun Yu.
He opened the show with an acknowledging message to the Youth @ Work team for their kind invitation.
His Excellency Mr. Yu said that yesterday’s performance is just a part of ROC-Taiwan’s closer engagement with the youths and people of Solomon Islands.
The Taiwanese Navy squadron is on a three days good will visit to the country and they will be leaving today.
