Dear Editor – Many of us who waited for hours yesterday to get the form 1 results on the Island Sun newspaper were left high and dry.
This is because the paper ran out quickly.
I don’t know how many copies of the newspaper were printed, but my guess is it probably less than 2,000, which is simply not enough.
My question is why didn’t the Ministry of Education use both papers to print the results as it used to do in the past?
Those of us who are not accessing the internet cannot get the results on the ministry’s website. The print media is our only source.
Whoever from the ministry is responsible for this is not doing his or her work.
He or she is doing a great disservice to the public by what we’ve seen yesterday.
