The Telekom S-league Championship semi final match between Western United and KOSSA FC will kick off today.
This was confirmed by the Solomon Islands Football federation (SIFF) on Wednesday.
The match will kick off at 3pm at the Lawson Tama Stadium.
The first semi final match between Solomon Warriors and Koloale FC which have taken place yesterday has been cancelled.
According to the statement, a decision will be made in the next 24 hours regarding the time and date of the rescheduled game.
Early this week, Solomon Warriors FC has decided to have all its matches starting with yesterday’s semi finals to be played behind closed doors which means, no spectators.
This came after the club was penalized by the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) for a charge that an unidentified aggressor who was said to be a Warriors fan swore at one of the match officials.
Their stand is to avoid such incidences to happen again.
