With the support of technical assistance, this database has reached its final development stage. A training session for Seif Ples personnel was successfully conducted on November 14, 2024. This session provided hands-on experience in managing the database, focusing on essential skills such as data entry, retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
ChildFund has played a pivotal role in supporting Seif Ples by ensuring access to a user-friendly database tailored for tracking calls to the 132 Helpline.
