The Solomon Islands Football Federation has released the names of players who will represent the country’s national team to play the visiting Australian football club, the Brisbane Wolves FC tomorrow.
A total of eighteen players have been called upon for the friendly match.
The team comprises of two goal keepers, seven defenders, four midfielders and five forward players.
Most of them are experienced players who represented Solomon Islands at the recent Nations Cup tournament in New Zealand.
The only new faces in the squad revealed are Michael Boso, Lency Kengava and Junior Albert.
This friendly match against the Wolves is part of the squad’s preparations for the third stage of the World Cup Qualifiers which will kick off in November.
