THE Solomon Islands Electricity Authority (SIEA) has improved their cash power payment process for customers.
Last week, the power provider ensured customers are promptly served by making way for a drive-through payment system at their head office, Ranadi.
“Previously, customers have to park their cars in the car park and walk in to pay their cash power.
“That is a thing of the past. Now people can just drive through without having to leave their cars.
“Drive up to the window and make a quick stop at the drive-through widow, get your cash power token, drive out and be on your way.”
SIEA said the improvement will help save time.
“Future plans for improving cashiering services include mobile cash power payment. “SIEA will continue to strive to improve services so that customers will be satisfied.”
