The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) Competitions Department is looking to recruit coordinators for the Telekom S-League (TSL), U-19 TSL, and Solaris Women’s Premier League 2022 season.
The roles required someone who has experience working in football or a sporting organization. He/she will report to the Competitions Director of the general management of the competition.
The key responsibilities of the coordinators are team registration and running the competition. Ensure that all participating teams have complied with the regulations of the league.
Liaise with the director of the competition to prepare a budget and be responsible for payment requests of any items needed for the League.
Record match results and referee reports after each match and prepare statistics of the league on weekly basis to be published in the local media, Comet & website, and other media outlets in the country. Liaise with SIFF Referee Development Officer (RDO) to manage referees and physio for match days.
Be the key communications person responsible for the dissemination of information and match arrangements for reach round, organizing meetings, and keeping records of meeting minutes.
Prepare and submit a final report of the league to the Competitions Director. Organize the presentation of awards for the league. Any other responsibility as directed by the Competitions Director.
The SIFF Secretariat will review all expressions of interest and forward them to SIFF Executive for the appointment. Those who are interested in filling in the positions please submit their expression of interest and CV to the SIFF Office latest by Friday 10th June 2022 at the end of business.
