THE Solomon Islands National University (SINU) has extended its enrolment date for semester 1, 2021 following a given approval from the joint senate and senior management committee last week.
This means the enrollment will continue until this Friday.
According to the SINU press statement, the decision was made based on the numerous requests they received.
It stated that SINU management understood the plea of parents, guardians, and sponsors based on the reasons that the impact of Covid-19 is financially affecting us.
Following that, the SINU management has also endorsed flexible fee payment arrangements for both new and continuing students.
There is also an arrangement in place for continuing students with previous outstanding fees.
Given the changes, the academic calendar for 2021 will commence on the 22nd February 2021.
