SUPPORTERS of the Solomon Islands United Party (SIUP) in West Kwara’ae Constituency have welcomed the decision by their Member of Parliament, Alfred Tuasulia, to join the SIUP.
This comes after the publication of an official announcement of MP Tuasulia joining the SIUP this week.
A strong supporter of the SIUP in West Kwara’ae, Paul Maete’e, expressed his support to the decision made by MP Tuasulia to join SIUP.
He thanked the MP for listening to the people who have supported and believe in SIUP for the progress and prosperity of West Kwara’ae Constituency and Solomon Islands as a whole.
“Hon Tuasulia has made the right choice. I believe SIUP supporters in West Kwara’ae are happy and welcome his decision.”
“Let me make it clear that as a voter that I am for the party, not the leader.” Mr Maete’e said.
Mr Maete’e meanwhile urged Malaitans to choose and vote for political parties.
Many supporters also flooded the social media in expressing their acknowledgement and support to Mr Tuasulia for his decision to join SIUP.
