PORT MORESBY, (POST COURIER) – Six Papua New Guinea Pepes players departed for Singapore Monday.
The players were selected by Netball Singapore to participate at the 2017 National Netball Super League in Singapore which is under the National Super League international player programme.
The competition includes six participating teams and the players will be joining three clubs which are Magic Marlins, Fier Orcas and SRC Barracudas.
PNG Netball Federation president Julienne Leka Maliaki was pleased with Netball Singapore for providing such an opportunity for the players to get more exposure and become role models for future netballers in PNG.
