THE current State of Public Emergency (SOPE) is going to end this April.
That’s according to Chief of Staff at the Primes Minister Office Robson Djokovic.
He was speaking during the talk-back-show over the weekend.
“The SOPE will end in April,” he said.
He said the emergency period came into force last year when the global pandemic was declared.
“Since last year we operate under the SOPE till this year which should end in April,” he said.
Attorney General (AG) John Muria Jr has revealed the Health Pandemic Bill will be submitted during the first week of March for debate in Parliament.
