Dear Editor – We want to raise our concern over the claims that were supposed to be paid to us the Special constable of this country.
This claim is not only for the SC in Malaita province alone but the whole special constable all over the country.
I am here on behalf of all special constables around the country to ask the government to answer to our claim which has not been paid to us for more than 12 years now.
As far as we are concerned we know that the long process has finally reached the treasury which means we should receive the payment very soon.
However, it has been 2 months now since the treasury has received the claim but they will not give any payment what so ever until they receive approval from the Prime Minister’s office.
Therefore, we would like an explanation as to why these claims have not been paid to us just yet.
We are kindly asking the government to address this issue, it has been a 12 years since the claim was processed and we are now calling to the present government to answer to us.
We want the government to kind about this through media so that we are all started to get frustrated over this issue.
