A.E Enterprises withdraws sponsorship deal with Koloale FC
A renowned major sponsor for the former Telekom S-league champions, Koloale Football Club has announced that it has fully withdrawn its sponsorship.
In a letter, from Koloale FC president, Timothy Aruafu to the Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) president, the withdrawal of the sponsorship came into effect as of yesterday July 25.
He made clarification that the decision taken by A.E Enterprise is a family decision.
“I hereby on behalf of the Koloale FC Management (Executive) wish to formally inform TSL committee through your good office that A.E Enterprises Ltd has fully withdrawn its sponsorship responsibility in all forms from the above Franchise Team effective as of today’s date 25/07/16.
“This is a family decision. However, the Managing Director of A.E Enterprises Ltd, Abraham Eke has thanked SIFF for being supportive in his effort for the last 16 years to promote and develop soccer in the country.
“I sincerely hope that by copy of this formal notification, other potential or interested sponsors could register their interest through Marlon Houkarawa on Tel 7588317 or CBSI (21794),” the letter stated.
Koloale FC is one of the top contenders of the TSL competition.
They were the first club to win the TSL title following its inception in 2011.
Equipped with mostly young talents, Koloale is eyeing for this season’s title.
