MORE than 500 students have turned up at the University of the South Pacific (USP) Solomon islands campus in Honiara for registration, yesterday.
Both new and continuing students have been seen flooding the USP office near Lawson Tama to do their registration.
The week long registration will end February 15th.
Academic classes for USP will commence next week, February 16th.
Yesterday many students underwent their registration using face to face or going on line to do so.
Consultation and counseling was also conducted by USP staff who were present to assist new students.
Despite the scorching heat from the sun students manage to queue up under the tents while waiting for their turn.
USP Solomon Islands campus is expected to enroll 4,500 students for the semester.
