A RENOWNED martial art club in Solomon Islands, Yun’s Taekwondo Academy Solomon Islands (YTASI) has been renamed to Dudley’s Taekwondo Academy Solomon Islands (DTASI).
This was announced by the founder, owner and Principal Master Instructor, Joses Dudley last week.
This new name reflects the commitment to excellence and the vision for the future of Taekwondo in the Solomon Islands, stressed Dudley.
“We’re thrilled to share that Yun’s Taekwondo Academy Solomon Islands is officially changing its name to Dudley’s Taekwondo Academy Solomon Islands,” he said.
Despite of the name change the club’s dedication to providing Taekwondo training and support remains the same.
Dudley, a lawyer by profession has trained many young women and men in Honiara to have better physical and discipline life.
Many fans and supporters have applauded Dudley for his contribution to martial art and self-defence in Honiara and Solomon Islands.
He was also congratulated for the change in name.
Master Dudley is currently the 4th Dan Kukiwon Black Belt of Dudley’s Taekwondo Academy Solomon Islands.
He is traveling to Korea later this month for a monthlong training after securing a scholarship from the Taekwondo Federation in Korea.
