THE Minister for Education Human Resources and Development and Member of Parliament for Gizo-Kolombangara, Lanelle Tanangada, has accorded special applause to Dreamcast Theatre for imparting positive influence.
Mrs Tanangada’s applause was delivered on the floor of Parliament in her contribution to the Motion of Sine Die last Monday.
“Dreamcast Theatre’s programmes and activities have impacted lives of individuals, families, societies, communities as they address and advocate for issues that need to be addressed by national leaders.
“I want to also make a special mention of our youths for your positive contributions in your sphere of influence. More specifically, I acknowledge our talented youths of Dreamcast Theatre Solomon Islands.
“You have continued to echo and educate others on issues that need to be addressed in this country and for that, I sincerely thank you,” she said.
Dreamcast is a place where artists of every discipline are allowed a free rein to their creativity.
It is a space to create, collaborate, perform, trade and learn, according to their Facebook page description.
