United Arab Emirates (UAE) is looking for teachers with qualifications in science.
In a statement issued by the Solomon Islands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade on Tuesday encourages Solomon Islanders to apply.
The statement said, the Solomon Islands Embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) encourages Solomon Islanders with teaching qualifications to apply for a range of exciting job opportunities for educators in the UAE.
On Tuesday 4th March 2025, the UAE government through its Ministry of Education (MOE) made the announcement.
Both UAE nationals and expatriates are eligible to apply, it is announced.
The UAE’s Ministry of Education further revealed that the following teaching positions are available: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business, Health Science and Science teachers among others.
All requiring English as the primary language of instruction.

Solomon Islands has diplomatic ties with UAE.
