THE American Samoan singer, Tenelle Christine Luafalemana, is here in the Hapi Isles.
She arrived yesterday with local singers welcoming her at the Honiara International Airport around 3 pm.
DMP said it was just real that Tenelle has arrived.
She is the first international US female reggae artist to tour Solomon Islands.
“Welcome to the Solomon Islands,” the DMP said in a statement.
Her first show will be this Friday at Coral Sea Resort and her second will be on Saturday 11 February in Noro at the Double A Night Club.
Local bands and singers will perform alongside Tenelle at the Coral Sea Resort and they are DMP, Blad P2A, Young Davie, Sisiva, Trabol Sum and Ruffneck. They will be hosted by DJ Tom Tom of ZFM and Big Momma.
Tickets are now on sale from Coral Sea Resort hotel reception.
All tickets purchased before Friday will go into draw to win a brand-new phone with the courtesy of Our Telekom.
