VATUKULAU Seven Day Adventist (SDA) Church in Sagalu Northwest Guadalcanal has conducted a baptism program at Aruligo last Saturday.
Three children were committed and received baptism during that day.
Pastor Luther Tanirieke highlighted that when people received baptism, they sign a holy covenant to live a holy life in the eyes of God and the earthly church.
“They are now set apart from doing wicked worldly things but have fellowship with God,” Mr Tanirieke.
He said the youths will now begin to support and work in the church mission this year.
A huge congregation turned up to witness the baptism program.
Mr Tanirieke encouraged them to seek help from their church leaders if they face challenges in the church ministry.
