Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) will conduct a five days basic tourism hospitality training alongside Live& Learn, a Non-Government Organisation (NGO) in Isabel province
The training will be organised in the first week of March in Buala.
Live& Learn, a non-government organisation will coordinate the training with the assistance of Tourism Ministry.
The aim of the training is to give better tourism ideas to people living in rural areas to better understand tourism concept.
The Ministry’s research officer, Laurie Leketo said, this will be the first provincial training the Ministry will provide this year.
“Training will run for four (4) days during the first week of March and will be attended by all tourism operators in the province.”
Preparation for the training is underway.
The date and when for the training will be confirmed later.
