THE Telekom Super League (TSL) is back for this year’s season, kicking off with two pre-season test friendly matches on Sunday at Lawson Tama.
Waneagu United defeated Real Kakamora by a 2-1 score margin, while Solomon Warriors settled for a 1-1 draw with Laugu United.
The last season finale saw Solomon Warriors battled it out with Central Coast at the National Stadium at the grand final and Solomon Warriors emerged as the champions.
The finals were a thriller with the Central Coast claiming the champions seat but fell short to contain the powerful and all-time champions Solomon Warriors, leaving the latter with a gap to break through and claim the champions title again.
This year, all teams will return for another season as fans are also prepared to again witness another great season of intense footballing with the Telekom Super League.
The question for this season is: Will there be any plot twist or any uprising underdog that can cause an upset in this year’s season, what will this season be like?
