TWO Government Ministers have been sworn in before the Governor-General Sir David Vunagi at the Government House, Thursday.
Member of Parliament (MP) for Temotu Nende Commins Aston Mewa has been sworn in as the Minister for Education and Human Resources replacing the ousted Central Honiara MP Moffat Fugui.
Mewa has been reshuffled from the Ministry of Provincial Government and Institutional Strengthening (MPGIS)
It was also understood that Mewa before become the Member of Parliament holds a very senior post with the Temotu Education Authority.
The Democratic Coalition Government for Advancement (DCGA) believes that he has the capacity to lead that Ministry.
Meanwhile, newcomer and MP for South Guadalcanal Rolland Seleso was also sworn in as the Minister for MPGIS replacing his colleague MP Mewa.
