Lawson Tama netball court is set come alive today with the semi-finals and the grand finals of the Honiara Netball Association (HNA) 2016 U10 school netball league.
HNA president Shalom Akao said today’s semi-finals playoffs will feature St Nicholas and Bishop Epalle as first semi-final and Chung Wah up against St Johns for the second semi-final.
Both semi-finals playoff will kick off at 2:30 pm.
Winner of semi-final 1 will take on the winner of semi-final 2 for the grand final also set for 4pm this afternoon, while loser’s final will also kick off at 4pm.
Shalom said straight after the semis and finals presentation of prizes should will be staged.
“Note that the U10 games are the semis and finals with the presentation of the U10 straight after the finals tomorrow (today),’’ Shalom said.
The president added, U14 league will continue today with their round five fixtures.
Chung Wah A will take on Tamlan at court 1 while Chung Wah B go head to head with Bishop Epalle at court 2.
Both matches will kick off at 3pm.
Then at 3:30 pm HIPS will take on Coronation while St Nicholas will battle with St Johns.
Meanwhile the U16 and U20 games are on hold as schools enters final week and holidays as such all their games will resume back on 19 and 20 July 2016.
