THE Solomon Power Iumi Plei U14 Championship has reached the final stage of competition following yesterday’s semi final matches.
Honiara U14 girls will take on the Guadalcanal Hornets U14 girls for the U14 girls’ grand final match.
Honiara edged defending girls’ champions Makira Ulawa 1-0 and Guadalcanal beat Malaita U14 girls 2-0 in the semi finals to secure their grand final spots.
Defending champions Malaita U14 boys will play Honiara in the boys’ U14 grand final match.
Malaita defeated Western Province U14 boys 3-0 and Honiara defeated Makira Ulawa U14 boys 4-1 in the semi finals.
Malaita U14 girls will take on Makira Ulawa girls for the third and fourth playoff and Western Province will go up against Makira Ulawa boys for the boys’ third and fourth playoff.
