THE man accused of the murder of his former girlfriend at the Tuvaruhu hill top in 2012 will know is fate today in the High Court.
Chief Justice Sir Albert Palmer will hand down the judgment of the accused Brian Schofield Baro Alagere this afternoon.
Alagere stood trial for the alleged murder of his former girlfriend on September 24, 2012.
Prosecution alleged he killed his girlfriend on the hill top and rolled her body downhill.
Alagere however denied killing the deceased and said it was prosecution’s witness John Sale who killed her.
The deceased’s skeletal remains were found two weeks later by students who went on a picnic trip in the upper Mataniko area on October 9, 2012.
The cause of the death as according to the Doctor’s opinion is a blunt force to the head.
