Warriors coach confident of fourth victory
Victory is just around the corner for Solomon Warriors FC and they need only two more wins to seal victory in the fifth Telekom S-league season.
They now registered 31 points, 10 points clear from their runner up Malaita Kingz FC who sits on second place with 21 points and KOSSA on third place with 20 points.
Already the head coach, Moses Toata has had confidence for their fourth victory of the TSL competition.
“Yes I am confident the boys will do it again this time round,” Toata told Star sports after their crucial win against Marist over the weekend.
Warriors had not tasted defeat since the start of the competition winning 10 matches and drew only one match from 11 matches played.
Despite the transfer of some of its players to other clubs, Toata managed to maintain the club’s strength which saw Warriors cruised through with consistency since the start of the competition.
Winning this season’s title will make history by being the first club to have won the TSL competition title four times.
So it is two more wins, then other clubs will have to battle it out for the remaining top spots.
