Dear Editor – I write to register my genuine wish for the next National Parliament House to consist of 50 ladies instead of 50 gentlemen who are not at all gentle.
Our Parliament needs 50 ladies who are truly gentle and honourable about the affairs of this sick nation.
Our parliament needs 50 ladies who are not bent on building empires for themselves.
Our parliament needs 50 ladies who allow the permanent secretaries to carry out the task they ask for which they are qualified.
Our parliament needs 50 ladies who do not compromise with Asian business people.
Our parliament needs 50 ladies who do not dish out project funds to their own spouses.
Our parliament needs 50 ladies who say what they mean and mean what they say etc.
Really the list would go on and on forever!
