Dear Editor – I was reminded by a fellow traveller of the differences between Fiji and the Solomon’s. Why are we so far behind?
One small matter pointed out was the “Hot Bread Kitchens”. The Hot Bread franchises in Fiji offer such a good range of breads and related products from meat pies and sausage rolls to French pastries and much more. What is wrong with us here?
