Woodford International School men’s hockey team has again shared a point each with Bishop Epalle School yesterday in the eWorld High School Hockey match played at the Woodford sports field.
Fresh from their 2 all draw against St Nicholas College on Thursday, the host school again shared a point each with Bishop Epalle School after their 1-1 draw yesterday.
It was Epalle’s first match since the tournament kicked off and to pick up a point was great achievement which they can learn from and help them planned for their next match.
Meanwhile, President of the Solomon Islands Hockey Federation Nihal Seneviratne said the school league continues today with interesting matches scheduled for Ports sports field.
“Don Bosco women’s team will take on Selwyn College at 12pm to be followed by KG men’s team up against Selwyn College,’’ he said.
Then at 2pm, KG women’s team will feature St Nicholas College while Bishop Epalle men’s team will wind up the day’s matches at 3pm.
Nihal urges all teams to be on time to end the matches in time.
